Within the scope of the 10th anniversary of the declaration of Bursa as a World Heritage Site, \u2018Bursa’s 10th Year on the UNESCO World Heritage List: Different Experiences, Common Responsibilities Panel\u2019 (7 June 2024, Tayyare Cultural Centre) and \u2019The Five Unities of Uluda\u011f: Bursa K\u0131z\u0131k Villages Panel\u2019 (8 June 2024, Cumal\u0131k\u0131z\u0131k).<\/p>\n
On 7 June 2024, \u2018Bursa’s Living UNESCO World Heritage Sites: 10th Year through the Lens’ exhibition was organised. Metropolitan Municipality Deputy Secretary General Mehmet YILDIZ, Provincial Director of Culture and Tourism Dr. Kamil \u00d6ZER, UNESCO Bursa Site President Prof. Dr. Neslihan DOSTO\u011eLU, academicians, students and citizens attended the panel held after the exhibition.<\/p>\n
After the opening speeches, \u2018Bursa’s Living UNESCO World Heritage Sites: 10th Year Through the Lens’ exhibition, the awards were given to the winning university students by Deputy Secretary General Mehmet YILDIZ, Provincial Director of Culture and Tourism Dr. Kamil \u00d6ZER, Dean of Bursa Uluda\u011f University Faculty of Architecture T\u00fclin VURAL ARSLAN and Dean of Bursa Technical University Faculty of Architecture and Design G\u00fcl SAYAN ATANUR.<\/p>\n
Following the awarding of the awards, the panel on \u2018Bursa’s 10th Year in the UNESCO World Heritage List\u2019 moderated by Prof. Dr. Can B\u0130NAN: Different Experiences, Common Responsibilities’ panel was held. In the panel where UNESCO Bursa Site President Prof. Dr. Neslihan DOSTO\u011eLU, Istanbul Site President Mustafa TURAL, Nemrut Site President Onur YILDIZ and Bergama Site President Dr. Emre ATABERK were the speakers, the speakers who shared their experiences presented examples from their own fields and the works in Turkey.<\/p>\n
On 8 June 2024, a panel discussion was held in Cumal\u0131k\u0131z\u0131k with the theme \u2018The Five Unities of Uluda\u011f: Bursa K\u0131z\u0131k Villages\u2019 in Cumal\u0131k\u0131z\u0131k. In the panel moderated by \u0130zzet G\u00dcNG\u00d6R, President of Historical Bursa K\u0131z\u0131klar Culture, Solidarity and Solidarity Association, Bursa Area President Prof. Dr. Neslihan DOSTO\u011eLU, Prof. Dr. Mefail HIZLI, Prof. Dr. Cevriye MERT and High City Planner Urban Conservation and Planning Specialist Aysun \u00dcNAL AYAS took part as speakers.<\/p>\n
