MANAGEMENT PLAN TIME SCHEDULE

The mandatory requirement for drawing up site management plans for protected areas and ancient ruin sites in our country was incorporated to the Law on Protection of Cultural and Natural Assets numbered 2863 and dated 21.07.1983 by virtue of Annex 2 to the Law Numbered 5226 and dated 14.7.2004.

In addition the “Regulation on the Procedures and Principles Governing the Organization and Duties of Site Management and Board of Monuments and Identification of Management Sites ” enacted upon promulgation in the Official Gazette dated 27.11.2005 and numbered 26006.
