BURSA AND CUMALIKIZIK MANAGEMENT PLAN APPROVED

Bursa Site Directorate Coordination and Supervisory Board Meeting was held online on Tuesday, May 25, 2021 between 10.30-12.30 for the approval of the revised Bursa (Inns District & Sultan Complexes) and Cumalıkızık Management Plan in our efforts to finalize and approve the Management Plan for the protection and survival of our sites on the UNESCO World Heritage List. The meeting started with the UNESCO World Heritage Bursa Information Presentation by Prof. Dr. Neslihan DOSTOĞLU, Bursa Area President. In order to ensure the successful continuation of our World Heritage sites on the list, the 2020 activity report, which was prepared by the Bursa Area Presidency team from the data requested from the institutions, was presented to the Coordination and Supervision Board by the Bursa Area President. Afterwards, Architect Tanju AKAN, who revised the Management Plan, informed the Board about the final version of the Management Plan. The Management Plan for Bursa (Inns & Sultan Complexes) and Cumalıkızık was unanimously approved by the Coordination and Supervisory Board members whose names are listed below. After the General Evaluation, the decisions of the meeting were made.
